For Victor, selling isn’t just about persuasion - it’s about pattern recognition, timing, and intuition sharpened by data. As TwinLabs’ newest team member and Head of Sales, he’s building the commercial engine behind a product that’s already turning heads in the gym industry. And laying the groundwork for much more to come.
“Right now, I’m obsessed with how to spot high-intent buyers before they know they’re ready,” Victor says.
“It’s part psychology, part data, part ‘huh, that’s interesting.’ It’s messy, but when it clicks, it’s magic.”
Since joining, Victor has been working to turn that magic into process. One of his proudest moments came when he helped the team shift away from abstract engagement metrics toward generating real sales-qualified leads from cold outbound.
“We built a system to identify actual signals - not just noise - and then act on them. It’s the difference between hoping someone’s interested and knowing they are.”
That clarity is starting to pay off. TwinLabs isn’t just getting noticed - it’s getting real traction, especially in the gym sector. Victor’s efforts are a key part of the company’s “Crossing the Chasm” playbook, as it builds a beachhead in one vertical while laying a foundation for platform expansion.
“My job is to turn ‘we like your product’ into ‘we need this in our business.’ That only works when the messaging hits the real pain, not just the one we assume they have.”
Victor’s role doesn’t stop with outreach. He’s deeply plugged into the product roadmap and can’t wait for what’s next.
“The new BI layer is going to be huge. Operators will be able to self-serve insights - that’s real power. And Maria [TwinLabs’ virtual data analyst] is evolving fast. The combo of those two? Game-changer.”
What’s striking about Victor is how quickly he’s embedded himself into the culture - and how well the culture fits.
“It’s low ego, high autonomy. People take their work seriously, but not themselves. That’s rare,” he says.
“I never have to ask for permission to try something smart. People back you. It’s kind of addictive.”
He recalls being handed the entire outbound sales playbook with a simple directive:
“Go for it.”
No micromanagement. Just trust.
“That level of ownership is rare. And honestly? Motivating.”
Victor’s days are powered by a mix of tools - HubSpot, Notion, Dripify, Loomly - and a healthy dose of AI.
“ChatGPT is my right-hand co-worker. I use it to critique and fine-tune everything from messaging to decks. It’s like having a sparring partner who never gets tired.”
Remote work, for him, has sharpened his focus and his habits.
“I’m more intentional now. Fewer ‘let’s jump on a call’ moments. More async updates, more time to think. And I’ve learned the value of taking a proper walk before opening Slack.”
Before joining, what drew him to TwinLabs wasn’t just the product - it was the people.
“I wanted to build something real, with folks who didn’t roll their eyes at ambition. This team actually ships. They don’t just talk about shipping.”
He’s also found a space where transparency is the norm.
“You can work in the open without fear. You don’t have to pretend to know everything. Weirdly, that makes you better at your job.”
When he’s not selling, Victor’s either chasing endorphins at the gym or coaching kids’ football.
“With a new baby, ‘hobbies’ is a stretch,” he admits.
“But coaching on weekends keeps me sane.”
“If you’re smart, curious, and okay with a bit of ambiguity, this is your playground.”
“I see us becoming the name in real-world spatial intelligence. And I’ll be here, still curious, still pushing, and smashing revenue targets.”
